Key Responsibilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Qualifications and Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
