Position: Material Program Manager We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Material Program Manager to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
