Position: Merchandising and Inventory Manager We invite a proactive and capable Merchandising and Inventory Manager to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
