Position: Warehouse Operations Manager Join our forward-thinking team as a Warehouse Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
