Position: Supply Chain Operations Assistant Manager A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Assistant Manager within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
