Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Essential Skills and Experience: Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
