Position: Dual Beam FIB Materials Analyst Our firm seeks a competent and professional Dual Beam FIB Materials Analyst for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Professional Requirements: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
