Position: Supply Chain Business Analyst A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Principal Responsibilities: Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Candidate Requirements: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
