Role Responsibilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
