Position: Distribution Analyst - Pottery Barn Kids An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Distribution Analyst - Pottery Barn Kids to contribute to our mission. Core Responsibilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
