Position: Supply Chain Analyst A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Professional Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
