Position: Dual Beam FIB Materials Analyst Join our forward-thinking team as a Dual Beam FIB Materials Analyst and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Role Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
