Position: Procurement Associate We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
