Position: Logistics Customer Service Assistant We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Logistics Customer Service Assistant to strengthen our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Main Accountabilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Essential Skills and Experience: Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
