Position: Manager Materials Management An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Manager Materials Management to advance their professional journey. Role Responsibilities: Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
