Main Accountabilities: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
