Position: Vice President, Procurement We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Vice President, Procurement to deliver excellence across key functions. Responsibilities Include: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Skills and Qualifications: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
