Position: Procurement Analyst An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Procurement Analyst to advance their professional journey. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Professional Requirements: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
