Position: Supply Chain Analyst We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Scope of Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
