Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
