Position: Supply Chain Manager A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Principal Responsibilities: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
