Position: GBSD Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused GBSD Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Scope of Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation.
