Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Implement ERP and WMS solutions to improve operational visibility and efficiency. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
