Principal Responsibilities: Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Prepare and present supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Candidate Requirements: Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
