Position: Supply Chain Manager Our organisation is looking for an ambitious Supply Chain Manager committed to quality outcomes and sustained growth. Role Responsibilities: Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Manage relationships with 3PL, freight forwarders, and last-mile logistics partners. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align supply with demand plans. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement through to delivery. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
