Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment activities. Develop and maintain supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity plans. Ensure full compliance with DGFT guidelines, customs regulations, and trade laws. Oversee vendor selection, RFQ processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance. Analyse supply chain data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvements. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve supply chain performance. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Experience with ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
