Position: Senior .Net Developer We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Senior .Net Developer to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly.
