Position: Full Stack Software Developer I We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Full Stack Software Developer I to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
