Position: Software Engineer We invite a proactive and capable Software Engineer to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
