Position: Software Engineer Intern We invite a proactive and capable Software Engineer Intern to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
