Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
