Position: Java/Microservices Developer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Java/Microservices Developer to strengthen our high-performing team. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession.
