Responsibilities Include: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility.
