Position: Full Stack Engineer We are expanding our team and seek a driven Full Stack Engineer who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Scope of Responsibilities: Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation.
