Key Responsibilities: Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
