Role Responsibilities: Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Education and Experience Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
