Position: Software Engineering Summer Internships We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Software Engineering Summer Internships to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
