Position: Android developer We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Android developer to join our dynamic and growing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Competencies and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
