Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Professional Requirements: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
