Position: Sr. iOS Developer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Sr. iOS Developer to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
