Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
