Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
