Position: Toggled Junior Frontend Developer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Toggled Junior Frontend Developer to strengthen our high-performing team. Role Responsibilities: Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
