Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation.
