Role Responsibilities: Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
