Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
