Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
