Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
