Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
