Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly.
